In the frame of the 14th Edition of Terra Madre Salone del Gusto, Castello di Rivoli Museo d’Arte Contemporanea organizes a conversation between Edward Mukiibi, President Slow Food and the artist Otobong Nkanga, moderated by Marcella Beccaria, Chief Curator and Curator of the Collections.

The conversation in English addresses the issue of regeneration as a necessary renewal for an ecological transition. In the case of Slow Food, it is an agri-food regeneration that starts from food, from the improvement of agricultural practices, production and distribution systems, consumption habits in cities as well as in small villages. Regeneration is therefore an act of responsibility, love and care for the host place, our Mother Earth.
